We are pleased to offer attendees of the original live program series that took place between March 31st and May 7th, 2022, this video on demand series for a reduced program fee of $25. Please use the provided form to request verification of your previous enrollment, upon confirmation you will receive an email containing information on how to register for the reduced program fee. You only need to submit your name and email but we have included a field for any additional comments you may want to include with your request but it is not mandatory.
